PLAN YOUR BUDGET

How much home can you afford?

Tell us your monthly income and debts — we apply the same amortization math lenders quote (a 30% income share is a common PH guideline) and answer with a maximum price and the cash you would need up front.

How the number works

Your amortization budget is the share of gross income you choose to commit — 30% is the guideline most PH banks cite — minus the monthly debts you already carry. The tool turns that budget into a loan amount at the stated rate and term, then adds your down payment back on top to reach a maximum purchase price. Transfer costs (~3%) are folded into the cash-needed figure.

This is a planning estimate, not a lender offer — banks weigh credit history, employment and the property itself. Pair it with the asking-price estimate for the city you are shopping in.
