What is it worth?
Pick a city, a property type and a floor area — Upah.ph estimates an asking price from the live ₱/m² medians of comparable listings.
How the estimate works
We take every live listing of the chosen type in the city, work out the median price per square metre (and the middle 50% range), and multiply by your floor area. When a city has fewer than three comparable listings we say so and fall back to the national median for the type.
This is a guide to asking prices, not a valuation — condition, title, association dues and exact location all move a real sale price.
